Cancellation Policy
Deposit Info:All bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your spot. The deposit is applied toward your total, and is non-refundable if appointment is canceled for any reason. Deposits will not be applied to any other booking outside of the current service for which it is being booked. Cancellation Policy:Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit. We understand things happen, so we offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive later than this, your appointment will need to be cancelled and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding so we can stay on time for all clients. No-Show Policy:No-call/no-shows will be blocked from future bookings.
